Delivery

Orders placed before 15:00 CET on a working day leave our Berlin warehouse the same day. Germany: DHL, 1–2 working days, €6.90, free from €300. EU: DHL Express, 2–5 working days, €14.90, free from €500. Switzerland, UK and Norway: DHL Express with customs documents, 3–6 working days, quoted at checkout.

Payment

Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, SEPA bank transfer and purchase on invoice (net 30) for verified practices and laboratories after the first paid order. Prices are shown net of VAT; VAT is added at checkout according to your country and VAT ID.

Returns

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Sterile, custom-made and opened items are excluded for hygiene reasons.
